Rice Lake is almost ready for boating

Well the ice is just about out of McGregor Bay, there are only a few places where the ice has gathered because of the SE wind this morning. Never the less we will begin to float the docks into place this coming Saturday. With the barge in position and the docks in at the Marina we should be able to launch the Marina's boats very shortly. If the weather holds out and the ground dries out it will be sooner than later. That means all you anglers  will be able to rent a boat and do some serious Black Crappie and Yellow Perch fishing!

With the ice out and if the weather co-operates so the ground and road structure dry out we should be able to launch some of our customers boats. That's if we can get into the field.

I will be starting early next week servicing some of the motors for those that want to get an early start on the season.   It is best to call me and set up an appointment to have your motor serviced for the Spring that way you will avoid disappointment.

We will be reviewing our inventory of used boats and will post the availability on the website so keep looking in the coming days for deals on boats, and motors.

Spring is just around the corner!

The boat show is over but there are still savings that can be had. Give us a call and we can order the motor you want and have it here before the boating season starts.

Outboard Motors and Duras Inflatables are dependable, quality products, that are affordable. A little known fact is that Tohatsu (Japanese manufactured engines which stands for Tokyo Motor) is the largest manufacturer of outboards in the world. Their Plant in http://www.tohatsu.com/about.html Komagne Japan, manufactures and ships outboards all over the world.

When they were first introduced into Canada they were sold as Nissan Marine several years ago Tohatsu was introduced into the product line. Mcgregor Bay Marina sell and services both.

There are several reasons to buy a Tohatsu Outboard Firstly Quality, Price, and Dependability.

Before you buy that Mercury (up to 30 hp) or Evenrude (up to 15 hp) you should talk to me and find out why you should choose a Tohatsu. You will be surprised!
